Part of She's Arkansas Heritage Collection, the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel was designed by acclaimed architect E. Fay Jones, who designed the Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs and Maurice Jennings, who along with David McKee designed the Anthony Chapel in Hot Springs. It was built by the family of Mildred B. Cooper, to honor her life and accomplishments. Erected in 1988, it overlooks Lake Norwood in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
