Our Story

She Studios began as a creative experiment — a way for Bonnie to combine her love of photography, design, and architecture into something tangible. She started with prints of familiar Arkansas landmarks and shared them at a local farmer’s market. Bonnie didn’t expect much at first — but the response was immediate and emotional. People connected with the work. They saw their childhood homes, schools, wedding venues, honeymoon spots, or places they’d long since moved away from. They saw their lives reflected in Bonnie’s work and in turn, they shared their stories of those places with us.

That connection is what transformed She Studios from Bonnie’s creative outlet into a business with purpose.

Over the next couple of years, She Studios steadily grew. We expanded our catalog, built out online sales channels, opened boutique shops, and developed relationships with retailers, hotels, hospitals, schools, and community organizations. We moved into a studio and print lab in downtown Little Rock, brought on help to support day-to-day operations, and secured collegiate licenses. And what began as an experiment in Arkansas is now expanding across the South — one meaningful landmark at a time. Today, we’re focused on reaching new audiences, especially at some of the south’s most beloved universities, but our mission remains the same, to tell your stories through designs crafted with heart and a strong sense of place.
