Part of She's Arkansas Heritage Collection, Maxine’s Tap Room is set in a small brick building along N Block Avenue in downtown Fayetteville. Serving up cocktails since 1950, this Fayetteville institution was founded by Maxine Miller, “a woman who affected and was adored by many.”
